Our Tree in Autumn

Our Fall Tree

Our tree has some branches that have lost leaves. It has a lot of mistletoe. We noticed that a spider had a web between two branches.

Our Tree in Winter

Our Winter Tree

Our weather in Greenville is much warmer than normal. We are having cool mornings and warm afternoons. We are not even wearing coats at recess. In December we had a bad ice storm and had to miss two days of school. Since then we have had nice weather. Audrey and Rachel drew pictures of the clothes they were wearing. Magali and Omar shared their drawings of our tree.

Our tree still has a lot of mistletoe. The branches are bare. The trunk has lichen growing on it. (Use your mouse to roll over the photo below.)
