Our Fall Tree
Fall Tree
We are lucky to have a lot of trees growing on a hillside right outside out classroom window. The tree we have picked to observe is the closest to our class. It is a maple tree that is very colorful in the fall. On the day we observed it, we noticed that the top branches of the tree were already bare of leaves, the middle branches had red, yellow, and orange leaves, and the bottom branches still had green leaves. This is what the tree looked like.

Our Spring Tree

Spring Tree

Our maple tree has buds on it and some baby leaves.  We will be watching it as the leaves come out.
